Windows Setup Instructions
- Download ThrivaSetup.exe to the laptop you want to monitor
- Right-click the installer and select "Run as Administrator"
- Follow the installation wizard
- The service will start automatically at the end
- Log into parents.thriva.app to manage the device
⚠️ Important: The Windows service requires administrator privileges to function properly.
Do not give kids admin access to their Windows accounts.
Android Setup Instructions
- Download thriva.apk to the Android device
- Open the APK file (you may need to allow "Install from Unknown Sources")
- Grant all requested permissions during setup:
- Device Admin (required for blocking)
- Accessibility (for advanced features)
- Display Over Other Apps (for blocking screen)
- Usage Access (for screen time tracking)
- The app will connect to your Thriva account automatically
- Device will appear in parents.thriva.app within 30 seconds
⚠️ Important: Grant all permissions when prompted. The app needs these to function properly.
Turn off battery optimization for Thriva to ensure it stays running.
